Addison\'s brother makes a surprise visit, causing trouble for her, Sam and Naomi; Meg comes back to try and make it work with Pete; a patient accused of a crime angers Violet and Dell.
Addison cares for two pregnant women, but there's a most-unusual snag: Both unwittingly share the same husband. Meanwhile, an Alzheimer's patient and her spouse inspire Sam and Naomi to reflect on their own relationship; and Violet drills Charlotte about her relationship with Cooper.
